New Customers

New or current customers wanting to start service at a new address will need to complete an application for service using online form linked above. Please complete this application at least 1 business day prior to the requested move in date. If the application is not received at least 1 business day prior to the move in date we will not be able to guarantee service at the move in. A NON-REFUNDABLE setup fee of $75 is required to start water service.

Security Deposits and Prior Balance

If you have an outstanding balance from another East Palo Alto Water account, you must pay that balance in full before the new service is started. A security deposit may also be assessed.
